We are looking forward to opening again for regular business hours. Christyl has been enjoying her work making a special order tea set, and replenishing our store of work in the gallery. She has nearly used up her winter supply of clay, but is hopeful that there is enough to get through to warmer weather before she has to mix more in the unheated end of the studio. Enjoy the sun friends. We will see you soon.

I have been the area for several years but never noticed your studio. Driving through from Chicagoland where I am working with pottery outfit, your sign caught my attention. I appears you all are as crazed as the rest! Check out the Kinm Miner and Steve Hill at http://www.centerstreetclay.com.
Just remember: it is not the vessel, but the space within that is useful.
I have yet to touch the stuff, but I do zen virtual vapor turning all the time. It leaves my hands clean to scratch my head, baffled by almost anything these days.
Some make good money in this um..clay abuse. But you will always have a pot to pee in if you don’t.
